Happy Bites is a Portuguese brand created by veterinarian Dr. Paula Ferreira, with the goal of providing dog owners with healthy, natural, and dehydrated snacks. The boxes are customized according to each dog's individual characteristics and contain enough snacks for one month.

What is the difference between Happy Bites and regular dog snacks?

Happy Bites snacks are 100% natural and dehydrated, with no preservatives, colors, or artificial flavors. They are carefully formulated by a Veterinarian and Nutritionist to ensure nutritional balance and health benefits for your dog. Conventional snacks, on the other hand, often contain processed ingredients and harmful additives.

Is Happy Bites suitable for dogs of all breeds and sizes?

Yes, our snacks are suitable for all breeds, from small to large. Each box is personalized according to each dog's characteristics.

Is the website secure?

Absolutely. Our website uses encryption to protect your personal and payment information.

What ingredients are used in Happy Bites?

Our snacks are made with dehydrated meat proteins, such as chicken, beef, turkey, fish, as well as fruits and vegetables.

Although we are not certified as organic, we use high-quality non-GMO ingredients without artificial additives.

Is it free of preservatives, colors, and artificial flavors?

Yes, Happy Bites Box contains absolutely no preservatives, colorants, flavors, or other synthetic ingredients.

Is it suitable for dogs with allergies or sensitivities?

Our snacks do not contain common allergens such as wheat, corn, or soy. We have gluten-free and dairy-free options. However, dog owners with allergies to specific proteins should notify us so that our Nutritionist can formulate a special box for their needs.

How many calories are in each Happy Bites snack?

The calorie count ranges from 15 to 40 calories per snack, depending on the size/flavor. If needed, our Nutritionist can inform you about any concerns you may have regarding your dog’s diet.

Can Happy Bites be used as a meal replacement?

No, Happy Bites Box is a healthy treat and snack, but it should not replace your dog's regular balanced diet.

How do I order the Happy Bites Box?

Após preencheres o questionário, escolhe o plano de assinatura que melhor se adequa a ti: 1 mês, 3 meses ou 6 meses. Se optares pela assinatura de 1 mês, receberás uma caixa dentro de poucos dias após a confirmação do pedido. Já se escolheres as assinaturas de 3 ou 6 meses, receberás a primeira caixa logo após a confirmação do pedido e as restantes serão enviadas automaticamente nos meses seguintes, sempre uma por mês, até o fim do período selecionado. Para finalizar, basta prosseguires para o checkout, inserires os teus dados de envio e pagamento, revisar o pedido e clicares em "Comprar Agora". Pronto! How often will I receive a Happy Bites box?

It depends on your preference. We currently offer 3 subscription plans: 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months. If you choose the 1-month subscription, you will receive a box within a few days after confirming the order. If you choose the 3-month or 6-month subscription, you will receive the first box immediately after order confirmation, and the remaining boxes will be sent automatically in the following months, one per month, until the end of the selected period.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

What is Happy Bites' return/refund policy?

At Happy Bites, your satisfaction and that of your dog are our top priorities. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return unopened and unused boxes within 5 days of delivery and receive a full refund.

If you have opted for a multi-month subscription plan (3, 6, or 12 months) and decide to cancel after receiving some of the boxes, we will issue a proportional refund for the remaining value. This means we will deduct the value of the boxes already received and used, and refund the amount corresponding to the boxes that have not yet been shipped.

How long do I have to return unopened products?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return unopened and unused boxes within 5 days of delivery.

Can I be refunded for opened or partially consumed boxes?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refund opened/consumed snack boxes for food safety reasons.
